Diane P. Holder

Diane P. Holder has worked in the health care field for more than 30 years and currently is President and CEO of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Health Plan, providing strategic direction for UPMC's health management companies which serve over three million members and recognize revenues approaching eight billion dollars. A dedicated advocate for people with mental illness and addiction problems, Ms. Holder was the founding CEO of Community Care Behavioral Health. A champion for women in the workplace, Ms. Holder received the Allegheny Conference 2014 Athena Award and was recognized as a "Woman who Makes a Difference" by the International Women's Forum in 2015. She serves on numerous not-for-profit boards and is the first woman board Chair of the Heinz History Center, an affiliate of the Smithsonian.
